Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: July 19, 20261. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into the Terms of Serviceand governs your use of OrbiLattice and its related services (the "Services"). It applies to you, your authorized users, and anyone using the Services through your account or workspace.
This AUP supplements our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Developer Access Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms of Service.2. Lawful, respectful use
Use the Services only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in a manner that respects the rights, privacy, and safety of others. You are responsible for your content, contact lists, instructions, configurations, and activities conducted using your account or workspace.3. Communications and outreach
If you use a feature that prepares, sends, places, routes, records, transcribes, or otherwise supports communications, you are responsible for determining whether the feature is available and appropriate for your use and for complying with applicable communications, consumer-protection, privacy, and marketing laws.
You must obtain and maintain any permissions, notices, consents, and records required for your communications; honor opt-out, do-not-contact, and suppression requests; and avoid unlawful calling, texting, emailing, voicemail, or other outreach. You must not use the Services to bypass communication safeguards or to send deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
Where documented features permit automated or assisted outreach, that availability does not transfer your compliance responsibilities to OrbiLattice or authorize use that would otherwise be unlawful.4. Recordings, transcription, and AI-assisted features
Some workspaces may configure recordings, voicemail processing, transcription, or AI-assisted analysis. Before using those features, you are responsible for obtaining any notice, permission, or consent required from participants and for complying with applicable recording, privacy, and employment laws.
AI-generated content, summaries, classifications, recommendations, and other outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs and use independent judgment before relying on them or taking action. Do not use the Services to make unlawful or harmful decisions about individuals.5. Prohibited uses
