Project folders organize conversations about a deal, property, or campaign. Prior chat context helps follow the conversation, while saved workspace records and confirmed entries remain your separate source of truth.Where do the numbers come from?
For supported calculations, numbers you entered in chat or reviewed from a workspace record go to a built-in calculator. It applies a stated formula and displays the figures, assumptions, and warnings; the chat does not supply or alter the math.If a required number is missing, the assistant asks before the calculator runs. The calculator repeats the same math for the numbers you reviewed, but it cannot verify whether underlying facts are true or confirm numbers were assigned to the intended fields. Review each record, check what remains unknown, and confirm results before saving or acting on an estimate.Included today

- You cannot buy more assistant usage on its own; more comes with the products you add, not a separate AI plan
